This refund policy supplements the participation terms (Terms) and summarises the key points regarding refunds of the entry fee.

Tiered refund

Request and processing

Submit a refund request by email to office@worldcup-dobbiaco.it. Processing usually takes place within [BEARBEITUNGSZEIT AUSFÜLLEN] business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Stripe).

No entitlement to a refund

In the event of disqualification or voluntary withdrawal during the event, there is no entitlement to a refund of the entry fee.
