Cancellation and refund

As a matter of principle, cancellations do not entitle you to a refund of the entry fee. Exception: in the case of a documented injury (medical certificate) you are entitled to free participation in the following year; no monetary refund is granted in this case either. Cancellation requests are processed within one week.

The start spot may be transferred to another person up to two weeks before the race at the latest. In the event of a transfer, both the entitlement to free participation in the following year and the personalisation of the bib number lapse.

Request and processing

Submit a refund request by email to dolomiteslastloop@gmail.com. Processing takes place within a maximum of one week.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Stripe).

No entitlement to a refund

In the event of disqualification or voluntary withdrawal during the event, there is no entitlement to a refund of the entry fee.
