Terms
These participation terms govern entry to the „Dolomites Last Loop“ event – a Backyard Ultra in Toblach (Dobbiaco), South Tyrol, on 15 May 2027, with a limited number of participants. The organiser is Sport OK Toblach.
1. Registration and entry fee
Registration is completed online and becomes binding upon full payment of the entry fee. The number of participants is limited; once the maximum is reached, a waiting list is kept. The entry fee is tiered:
- Early-bird registration: €[STARTGELD FRÜH AUSFÜLLEN]
- Standard rate: €[STARTGELD NORMAL AUSFÜLLEN]
- Late registration: €[STARTGELD SPÄT AUSFÜLLEN]
2. Cancellation and refund terms
- Until [STORNO-DATUM 1 AUSFÜLLEN]: [STORNO-PROZENT 1 AUSFÜLLEN] % refund of the entry fee.
- Until [STORNO-DATUM 2 AUSFÜLLEN]: [STORNO-PROZENT 2 AUSFÜLLEN] % refund of the entry fee.
- From [STORNO-DATUM 3 AUSFÜLLEN]: no refund.
- Transfer of the start spot to another person is possible until [ÜBERTRAGUNG-DATUM AUSFÜLLEN].
3. Mandatory documents
A valid medical / sports-medical certificate is required to participate. It must be uploaded during registration and is checked before the start. Participation is not possible without a valid certificate.
4. Disclaimer of liability
Participation is at your own risk and your own responsibility regarding your state of health. The organiser is not liable for accidents, personal injury or property damage, or for the loss or damage of items carried, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Backyard Ultra rules
- Loop distance approx. 6.71 km (approx. 4.167 miles).
- Each loop starts on the hour.
- Whoever returns in time for the next full hour starts again.
- The winner is the last runner to complete one more full loop within the hourly cutoff.
6. Disqualification
Grounds for disqualification include in particular: failing to start a loop on the hour, cutting the course, and using prohibited aids outside the designated zones.
7. Image rights
Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for public-relations purposes (website, social media, press). You may object to this use at any time.
8. Force majeure
If the event has to be cancelled by the organiser due to force majeure, the entry fee will be refunded in full.
9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Italian law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bolzano, to the extent permitted by law.
